Sleep Soundly CD: Guitar Music for Insomnia

I have a really hard time falling asleep most nights because my mind is racing about everything and anything! So when I was contacted to write a review for this product I was super excited! We have used a channel on Pandora but since I'm to cheap to pay for it we get advertisement and they scare me most of the time. With this cd there are no advertisements and it plays for and hour and it's over. You could always restart it if you're still awake. The first track is a Progressive Muscle Relaxation which is really awesome the voice talks you through steps of relaxing. So far I have had good success with this cd and many night of good rest/ sleep. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. ‪#‎sleepbetter‬
