Muscle Madness Sport Massage Roller Stick
This #massageroller is wonderful on sore muscles especially the upper thighs, calves, and back. I love that you can use it on yourself with ease or have someone one else help with the hard to reach places! It is pretty strong and doesn't bend under the pressure of me pushing down on both sides while using it. I also love that the rollers are made of a hard plastic (over the steel rod) that is easy to clean after using! The handles have a nice rubber grip that makes it easy to hold on to them.
My daughter is doing marching band this year and they practice everyday either morning before school or after school and some days she has both. They also preform at school games and competitions. She was complaining about sore muscles so when I was given the chance to do a review on this #muscleroller I jumped at the chance.
