What are Probiotics.... I'm sure some of you are wondering they are just like I was when someone first told me about them. From my search I learned that probiotics are live bacteria that are goo for your digestive system. They are naturally found in your body but are killed off when you take antibiotics. What do the probiotics do... well that is another good question. I found that they help move the food through our guts.
