I have a really hard time falling asleep most nights because my mind is racing about everything and anything! So when I was contacted to write a review for this product I was super excited! We have used a channel on Pandora but since I'm to cheap to pay for it we get advertisement and they scare me most of the time. With this cd there are no advertisements and it plays for and hour and it's over. You could always restart it if you're still awake. The first track is a Progressive Muscle Relaxation which is really awesome the voice talks you through steps of relaxing. The lights by themselves didn’t fit on my bike, but they fit perfectly once I added in the adapter. These fun little lights aren’t just for bikes. They will work with strollers, scooters, bike trailers, and even cars (I'm not sure if they are legal on the car tires though I would check your local laws before trying them out there.)

Over all these little light were a big hit with all the family especially the kids! I feel like the pictures on Amazon might not be very representative of the actually ability of the light. You would have to be pedaling very fast for the light to light up all the way around the tire. But they are still pretty awesome.

My kids really loved the multi colored light over the Blue and Green lights. Because they flashed for longer when not in motion.  
We did have a few lights that didn't light up well but when we messed with how tightly it was screwed together the worked fine.
