I was sent this bottle of 30 capsules to right a review on the product. The supplement is suppose to help you lose weight and flush all the excess waste. It contains effective natural laxatives, fiber, herbs which help soothe the intestinal lining and Acidophilus to help promote healthy bacteria levels in the intestinal tract.
The directions state it is for occasional use only. To take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 oz of water or as directed by a healthcare professional for up to 15 days. And do not repeat the cleansing program for at least 6 to 8 weeks.
It is a cleanse so it is flushing all the excess waste out of your
body so not to be gross but it does cause runs and cramps. I
have noticed that the cramps do not last all day mostly just
when I have to use the restroom. Since it is causing some loss
stools make sure you drink a lot of water so you do not get
dehydrated!I have felt a small increase in energy but not a huge difference yet. I am only a few days into the cleanse and I'm already seeing the affects of it.

The capsules are gel and are the normal size gel capsules you see in the health food stores. They are not to difficult for me to swallow as long at I drink the full 8 oz plus some of water when I am taking them.
