Board Games at Fred Myers

Did anyone else notice the coupons in the Fred Myers' ad?
"All Board Games SAVE $3." in the fine print it says "May be combined with a bonus coupon."
There is a bonus coupon on the insert that says, "Take an extra 10% off." Blah, blah, blah... "...toys..."
Both of the coupons say no limit, so does that mean I can get as many as I want to? Hmmm
If I remember right, plain, old, regular Monopoly was $10.99 a week or two ago.
So 10% and $3 off would take it down to $7,
then the $4 printable coupon would make it $3.

Just a heads up.

Yep it worked! I got Monopoly for $2.90. We played two games last night. I won once and Kevin won too.... Hmmm suspicious. The cashier did try telling me that I couldn't use both Fred Meyer coupons at once, but good thing it said, "May be combined with bonus coupon." Unfortunately she wasn't too happy about it, but I was still about to get it.
Monopoly was the cheapest one there, then it went up to $14.99 for some of the other ones.

Week of Feb 7th

Here is what I will try to get to this week...
Walgreens
Diaper Deal
Nabisco Crackers $0.99 (Since the coupon is $2/2 I am thinking it will make a good filler item)
Only problem is, the coupon is worth more than the product, eh...

Dove Men's Body Wash $5.99
Get $5.99 RR
$1.50/1 Printable coupon, found the link on Discount Queens under the Rite Aid post

Filler items?
Eggs
Milk
the Nabisco cookies deal, if it works.

**Update** The milk at my Walgreens is $2.79 and a dozen eggs is $1.99.

KMart
In their ad in Sunday on the Page about baby stuff...

or $1 off Onesies
or $1 off some sleeper thing
I found the coupons by going to KCL and searching for "gerber" on her website, it's not in the Database.
I might check out the Clearance and see what they have.
Ah ha! I was reading the Rebate form online and it says...
"$15 or $25 purchase requirement is calculated before taxes and after other discounts have been applied."
Maybe it's not as good of a sale as I thought it would be. Oh well.

Diaper Deals

Here are a few diaper deals that I thought were good...
A Thrifty Mom $4 off coupon at Albertsons
On the ATM site there is a post about a $4.00/1 coupon
Its for Baby Basics, they sale them at my Albertsons (Pocatello). So far on the comments on the post looks like they are $7.99 a package.
If so $7.99 - $4 = $3.99
If there are 31 (size 3) in a package = 12.9 cents each

Also at Albertsons they have the Huggies Big Pack (boxes) for $19.99 and a $3.00/1 Manufactor's coupon in the ad next to the Sale price.
$16.99 / 92 (size 3) = 18.47 cents each

A Thrifty Mom $3.99 for Huggies at Walgreens NEXT week
Also on ATM site there is a post about getting Huggies for $2.99 a package. Uuum but I don't have the Children's Coloring book, and it looks like if you don't already have it, you're out of luck.
So $8.99 - $2/1 Coupon = $6.99
$6.99 - $3 RR = $3.99
If there are 31 (size 3) in a package = 12.9 cents each

Family Dollar
Yesterday I got Family Dollar's ad in the mail. They're so weird, the sale started on Sunday but I just got their ad yesterday... Oh well
They have some "New! Kidgets" diapers
$6.50 for a package (I don't know if that's after the in-ad coupon or not)
then a $1 off coupon at the bottom of the ad, and on the front a coupon for $5 off of $25.
4 Packages at $6.50 each is $26.00
$26.00 - $1 coupon = $25
$25 - $5 off $25 = $20
If there are 36 (size 3) in each package (the picture shows that there are 36 in the package),
= 13.9 cents each
On the up side, in the diaper ad it says 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
So does that mean if I don't like them I can take them back and get my money back?
Hmmm....
