I was so excited to use these I hate pins.... they are always getting spilled at our house. I finally got to use them on a dress I was adding selves too and I was not impressed. They came clipped to easy for what I was doing. I'm not giving up on them yet! I'm sure they will be great on blankets and other flat projects. I used them as a paper clipped though and they worked great for that. I received these clips in exchange for my honest review. I love the product they are not for every project out there but will be useful for some. They are made completely of plastic and metal and have a good grip. If you open one and put it on the end of you finger like you would a clothes pin they squeeze you finger a little more a clothes pin would.
